Deliveries and returns

For France, we offer:

Colissimo delivery without signature: Your package will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days following the date of this order.
Chronopost delivery: If you order before 12 noon (except Friday and Saturday), your package will be delivered the next day before 1 p.m. (option not possible for Corsica)
At a “Mondial Relay” relay point in France: Your package will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days following the date of this order.

For Europe, we offer depending on the country:

Colissimo Europe delivery: Your package will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days following the date of this order.
DHL EXPRESS delivery: Your package will be delivered within the working day following the date of this order.
DHL Economy Select delivery: Your package will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days following the date of this order.
At a “Mondial Relay” relay point (only for Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain and Austria): Your package will be delivered within 3 to 6 working days following the date of this order.

For the rest of the world (DOM TOM included):

DHL EXPRESS delivery: Your package will be delivered depending on the zone from 1 to 5 working days following the date of this order.
DHL Economy Select delivery: Your package will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days following the date of this order.

For mainland France: €6.9 delivery fee by standard Colissimo and €3.50 in relay point, free beyond €69 (only by Colissimo and relay points), delivered in 48h to 72h. Chronopost option available for €9.90

For Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg: €9.9 delivery fee by standard Colissimo and €6.90 in relay point. DHL EXPRESS option available for €15

For Spain and Austria: €12 delivery fee by standard DHL Economy Select and €6.90 in relay point. DHL EXPRESS option available for €15

For Switzerland, Israel, Norway, Turkey and Sweden: €12 delivery fee by standard DHL Economy Select. DHL EXPRESS option available for €22

Once your order is validated and when it is shipped, you will receive a parcel tracking number. You will then be able to follow its delivery to your home!

If you notice that an item is missing or that the product is damaged, please contact us at the following email address: contact@igranecosmetics.com so that we can take the necessary measures together.

If you or the recipient of the package are absent when the carrier calls, a delivery notice indicating the date of the next delivery or the place where your package was dropped off will be left in your mailbox. In the event that you are unable to collect your package within 7 days of its delivery, it will be returned to us and we will issue a refund.

My order

Go to the igrane-cosmetics.com page to select the product(s) of your choice and add it to your basket. Once your purchases are complete, click on the basket located at the top right of the page and follow the order finalization procedure. The total cost of your order includes the price of the items ordered as well as the delivery costs (free for all orders from €69). As soon as you are ready to finalize your order, click on the "order" button. You will then be redirected to the payment page.

Stocks on the site are updated in real time, only available products are displayed.

After validating your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address with which you connect to our site, containing the summary of the latter as well as your order number. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will also find a summary of your order, as well as your order number.

Any order placed before 2pm will be processed by our logistician the same day. The delivery time will vary depending on your chosen delivery option and the destination country.

Our logistics partner is located in France and we pay particular attention to the speed of processing your order.

Our products

No, Igrane Cosmetics products do not contain sulfates, microplastics or endocrine disruptors. Our products are natural and while some ingredients are developed in the laboratory, we have eliminated all chemicals that are toxic to the body.

No, none of our products are tested on animals.

Igrane Cosmetics products are produced in Morocco. On the lands of our brand grow the argan trees from which the almonds come which are pressed in our production unit, La Maison Igrane, to produce our certified organic argan oil. Our independent laboratory is located in Marrakech, a long-standing partner with whom we create our formulations based on our active ingredients and our organic argan oil.
